Pork chops are the most popular cut of meat from the upper portion of the pig extending from its shoulder to hip, a strip called the pork loin. They are called by different names depending on which section of the pork loin they are sliced. Bone-in chops are preferable as the bone retains the moisture with the meat being juicier and flavourful. Versatile, economical, mostly preferred for their ease of preparation, taste and texture.
My boys love pork chops and I prefer to spice them up with different marinades. Simultaneously, use various cooking methods either; frying, baking or grilling. This time, with a dry rub along with my favourite condiment Worcestershire sauce, which is perfect on meats. Left to marinate for an hour, the chops were dredged in seasoned breadcrumbs and then pan-fried in oil until golden brown. Quick and easy to prepare, these chops were delicious and satisfying.
