It consist of ingredients that have vital health benefits and definitely worth consuming on a regular basis.

Tomato Peanut Chutney
(Serves 4)
Ingredients:
2 large tomatoes (chopped)
4 dried red thai chillies
1/2 cup raw peanuts
1 tablespoon tamarind
1 large clove of garlic (chopped)
1/4 teaspoon turmeric powder
2 tablespoons oil
salt
Method:
In a skillet, dry roast peanuts, cool and remove skin. Keep aside.
Heat oil in a pan, add red chillies, garlic, followed by tomatoes and turmeric powder. When tomatoes are soft and pulpy, switch off the flame.
Grind the roasted peanuts, tomato mixture, tamarind and salt with very little water.
Tempering
Ingredients:
2 tablespoons oil
1/4 teaspoon mustard seeds
1 sprig of curry leaves
Method:
Heat oil, add mustard seeds and curry leaves. Saute for few seconds and shut off flame.
Add tempering to chutney, mix and enjoy with steaming hot Rava Idlis.
